A short chat on WhatsApp about what you sell, who buys from you and the look you like. The delivery clock starts once your brief and any content arrive.
We design 2 logo concepts, or 3 on the Brand Kit, and show each one in use so you can judge it on a card and a screen, not just a white page.
Pick a direction and tell us what to change. Two revision rounds are included, or three on the Brand Kit. Any extra rounds are quoted before we start them.
You get finished files for printing and for screens. Once they're paid for, they're yours to use on anything, for as long as you like.

Yes. Once your design is paid for, the final files are yours to use anywhere, from your shop sign, uniforms and vehicles to your website and social media.
Tell us what isn't working and we'll use your revision rounds to get it right. You get two on Brand Essentials and on every cart item, and three on the Brand Kit. If you need more rounds, we quote them before we start.
The Brand Kit can be paid 50/50, or in three monthly instalments. We accept EcoCash USD, InnBucks, card through a Paynow link (Visa, Mastercard, ZimSwitch), bank transfer, or cash against a receipt. ZiG is accepted at the official rate on the invoice date.
We design, and printing is quoted through our partner print shops and billed separately. Switch on printing in the Branding Cart and we'll quote it alongside your design.
Copywriting is an add-on. Send us your text and we'll design around it, or ask us to quote for writing it first.
Yes, that's what the Branding Cart is for. Add the items you need, send us the list on WhatsApp with your logo files, and we'll design them to match.
When the items in your cart add up to $100 or more, 10% comes off the whole basket. The cart shows how much more you need, and printing, which is quoted separately, doesn't count towards it.
